RULES

I highly recommend reading my T.O.S if you have commissioned/thought of commissioning me.Breaking the T.O.S leads to Blacklisting/Banning. I give 3 warnings before I blacklist or ban anyone. If you break the rules more than 3 times, you will be banned/blacklisted from purchasing anything from me.

HOW TO ORDER:

♡ Wait until Commissions are OPEN.♡ DM me on Instagram, Toyhou.se or Discord, see my contacts here.♡ Fill out the Commission form given to you when looking at what you want.♡ If Commissions are Closed, you may ask to be notified for when they open again!

PAYMENT:

♡ Payment is in USD only.♡ I only accept payment before starting!♡ Payment Plans MAY be discussed.

♡ Simple graphics design background ( default )( Please discuss with me if you'd like an illustrated background, but please note it will cost more as it requires more time and art ! )♡Transparent background version for other use !♡ For sheet commissions, you will get each art piece individually as well.♡ Sheet commissions may provide information detail if requested.

GENERAL RULES

♡ Please do not complain about the pricing, art is work. I price it by value of time.♡ Progression may take a while depending on life events, so please be kind and patient with me! <3♡ The work progress once paid for is 1 day to 2-3 months long.♡ I like to notify the client with a Sketch Confirmation just encase something should be changed. After confirmation, I won't be changing the artwork so please make sure everything in the sketch is correct!♡ Please try not to miss anything in your filled form, or I'll use my own twist to it.♡ I will not redraw your commission if it's not to your liking after sketch confirmation, for it would take a lot of my time, more than what you've paid for. If you want it redone, you would have to commission me again in this case.♡ My artwork is still my art. I would like to publish it and use it as examples.♡ I don't refund, so please don't ask.♡ After purchasing/receiving artwork from me, you may do what you want with it as long as you don't edit/draw anything on it (However, cropping my art for icons/banners/etc is permitted).♡ Please do not claim my artwork as your own.♡ I don't agree on posting my artwork anywhere without my permission or without credit.♡ Please do not sell my artwork.♡ I do not commercial use for my artwork unless it is discussed with me beforehand / created for that purpose. Commercial Use works will have applied fees.♡ I have every right to deny your commission if I'm not comfortable with drawing it.♡ NSFW will only be noted to you and not uploaded for I have younger family members that follow/watch me.♡ I DO NOT AGREE WITH AI ART. PLEASE DO NOT USE MY ART FOR AI PURPOSES.

ADOPTABLES

♡ It is mandatory that I be credited as creator of the design, please do not claim it as your own.♡ You must purchase them to use them, do not steal.♡ Minor Character changes are okay, as long as the character stays recognizable. (gender, color changes, outfit/style, species, etc)♡ Custom Designs will have general rules, same as a typical commission. However, I will work with you on providing multiple sketches and WIPs until you are satisfied with the design which means it will take more time to complete; this is precisely why customs may be more expensive than drawing a premade design.♡ I am okay with Holds and Payment Plans! I will gladly hold for no more than 2 weeks max; as for payment plans, please be ready to pay a sum of money agreed to weekly.♡ Resales, Trades, and Gifting are okay. In terms of resales, please only sell for the same value of money you've paid for them (this includes design and other commissioned works). Personal Art may be considered for fair value, but be reasonable and price them based on your commission price's worth and do not purposely use this in order to inflate the price value of the character.♡ Please do not edit my works without permission regardless of design changes; if you want changes on an official piece, let me know first and we can discuss.♡ Once an Adopt is purchased, I do not refund. If you wish, resell the character instead.♡ Commercial Use will have a fee. If you wish to use your design for Commercial Use (such as profiting, advertising, marketing, vtuber/mascot, etc), please discuss it with me and we will talk about it.

I expect everyone to cooperate with these rules and be respectful about them. If you do not agree with anything I've listed please keep it to yourself, I do not plan on changing any of these rules on someone else's record.Thank you so much for viewing/commissioning me!♡♡♡♡
